LD CAMHS West advice session

LD CAMHS run a monthly advice session, at either Dee Banks School (Chester) or Civic Way (Ellesmere Port).

The next session will take place at Civic Way (Ellesmere Port) on:

Thursday 26th March 2015, from 10am – 12 noon.

These sessions will be to provide support and advice for anyone involved in the care of a child aged between 0 – 16 years of age, who has a severe learning disability (the child must have a global developmental delay or education health care plan (statement), and complex needs).  This may include advice about:

  • Behaviour
  • Sleep
  • Signposting to other services
  • Toileting 

These sessions will be run on an appointment only basis, and if no appointments have been booked for any one session, then that session will not take place and a nurse will not be present at the venue on that day.

The dates, times and venues of the next 3 sessions are as follows:

 24th April 2015, 10am – 12 noon at Dee Banks School (Chester)

21st May 2015, 10am – 12 noon at Civic Way (Ellesmere Port)

19th June 2015, 10am – 12 noon at Dee Banks School (Chester)
