CWP CAMHS shortlisted in Positive Practice in MH Awards 2014

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s (CWP) CAMHS have been shortlisted in 2 categories in this year’s Positive Practice in Mental Health Awards.

  • Jan Owen, who works in Wirral CAMHS has been shortlisted for MH administrator of the year – so already is in the top 3.
  • CWP CAMHS’ website, mymind.org.uk and twitter feed @mymindfeed have been shortlisted in the Innovation in CAMHS category.

Iris Batman, Clinical Service Manager for Wirral CAMHS said, “Jan is a fab administrator, efficient and always smiling. She keeps the team on track and it’s great to see her hard work and commitment recognised“.

Whilst the Breakthrough in Mental Health Collaborative, who organise the Positive Practice in MH Awards, commented, “There were so many excellent [CAMHS] nominations that this number was extended to five this year“.

The Awards Ceremony will take place on October 23rd in Sheffield.
