Adcote Education Unit remember the ‘golden rules’ during anti-bullying week

This week is Anti-Bullying Week.  The students in the Adcote Health Education Unit are making a display in the classroom about how we can stay safe and avoid bullying on the internet.

We are remembering these golden rules from the Beat Bullying website:

  • treat others with respect and expect them to do the same.
  • keep passwords a secret.
  • if you don’t want the world to know it then don’t post it!
  • never post personal information online that can identify you in anyway.
  • use a free email address online that you can get rid of should you need to.

If you are being bullied, or are worried about someone else that is being bullied, please speak to your CAMHS worker, or a trusted adult.

You can also contact childline on 0800 1111.
